Return Policy                                                              

We hope that you love all of your purchases from JTB . However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of receiving your order. Meaning you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. After this timeframe, your item will not be eligible for return. 

Returns                                                                           

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same perfect condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more and items in a SALE category are considered a FINAL SALE. The following items are FINAL SALE regardless: accessories, leggings, bodysuits, pjs, make-up, and swimwear. ITEMS MARKED FINAL SALE ON THE PACKING SLIP WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN!

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Shoes must be sent back in the original shoe box and must not show signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be shipped back in a box to protect the items. Shoes sent back with shipping labels directly on the shoe box or in a bag will result in a 20% restocking deducted from your store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at sales@jelcks.com and forward photos of any damage. If there is damage to the exterior packaging, please include those photos as well.

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded a store credit within 5-7 business days.
